The Assistant Pro Academy is an accredited training center with both in-person and online training programs, specializing in training and providing qualified support staff to businesses. Academy is a Job-Ready Training center with a dedicated e-learning platform and experienced teachers to train competent support staff sought after by companies. Since 2017, the AssistantPro Academy, in partnership with CECOSDAFormation, and the Ministry of Vocational training and Employment (MINEFOP), have been providing training in English and French in support staff professions needed by companies, NGOs, and Medium and Small size businesses.

Pedagogy

The Academy applies a rigorous pedagogical approach to guarantee the quality of its training.

  1. Teaching: Classes are taught by experienced and qualified trainers in the field of expertise. Classes are designed to be interactive and to engage learners in discussions, practical exercises and case studies.
  2. Homework: Homework is assigned on a regular basis to reinforce the knowledge acquired in class. These assignments can take a variety of forms, such as practical exercises, E-Quizzes, or presentations of professional projects at the end of each phase. They enable learners to consolidate their skills and demonstrate their understanding of the concepts studied.
  3. Absences : We encourage learners to attend all courses regularly. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may occasionally result in absences. Learners are asked to inform the training staff 01 day before, or the day before, in the event of absence, and to make up any missed content to minimize the impact on their progress.
  4. Professional projects: During the course, learners are invited at the end of each Phase to complete and present professional projects in the center's conference room, which are then graded by professional juries from various companies in the field studied.
  5. Internship : The practical internship period is integrated into the training program to enable learners to gain real-life work experience, so we help them to get internships in companies or organizations to complement their practical learning. This offers them an opportunity to put their skills into practice and familiarize themselves with the professional environment.
Type of training:
  • For online training: Once you have completed your registration with the Academy online platform, your matricule is quickly created and assigned. Teachers are online three times a week and are available to answer any concerns you may have.. Homework and e-quizzes left by teachers after lessons are revued by all learners alternately, accompanied by the teacher.. As for the presentation of professional projects after each phase of the course, presentations are made via videoconference with teachers who are experts in the field.
  • For classroom training: Once you have registered, you will be allocated a workstation for the course. The centre is open 3 times a week to welcome you and allow you to work in groups with your classmates. Free wifi access is available to facilitate your research. The teacher is available to answer any questions you may have.
Our diplomas

The diplomas awarded by the AssistantPro training program include:

  1. Certificat de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP) du MINEFOP: This certificate is issued by the French Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training. It attests to skills acquired in the field of professional assistantship. It is nationally recognized and can facilitate access to employment in this field
  2. Center diploma verifiable online by employers : This diploma is issued by the AssistantPro training center. It is designed to be verifiable online by employers, thus validating the authenticity of the diploma. This reinforces the credibility of the diploma with employers and facilitates access to employment.

The AssistantPro course includes a work placement and a report presentation to a jury. This combination of theory and practice enables students to develop the skills they need to succeed in the professional assistant field. Once training is completed and diplomas obtained, graduates are ready to enter the job market and take up professional assistant positions in a variety of sectors.
