About the profession
A Multiskilled IT Assistant helps keep a company’s computers, connections and digital tools operational. Our objective is to train you to work on physical equipment (cabling, computer diagnostics and repairs) as well as software and digital networks (installation, configuration and online troubleshooting). You will also contribute to web development and build practical digital solutions for business needs. The five modules cover these complementary skills.

Who is this training for?
Applicants with a Baccalaureate/GCE A Level or equivalent and basic computer, Microsoft Office and internet skills; preparatory training if needed.

Five months of exercises, professional case studies, simulations and practical deliverables, followed by a final assessment of skills and completed work. Optional MINEFOP CQP: two additional months of company internship, then the official examination.
