About the training
A one-month practical training focused on the real daily work of a sales assistant operating in the office, online and in the field, with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence.

- Build and manage prospect and customer databases
- Prospect online, by phone and in the field
- Prepare and follow up messages, quotations, orders and requests

- Use WhatsApp Business, email and digital tools
- Prepare sales reports and follow-up tables
- Manage complaints and difficult customer situations
- Support promotional campaigns and field sales activities

Learners practise calls, WhatsApp conversations, emails, prospecting, customer files, follow-up, field visits and service scenarios. The training follows the full customer journey from prospecting to retention.
Training structure
Weeks 1–2: customer service, prospecting, sales support, follow-up and reporting. Week 3: professional sales project, immersion, field prospecting and experience sharing. Week 4: project presentation, customer-service simulation, practical examination and certificate.
